The story

Built across a kitchen table.

GitQi was built for a real person — an professional leaving Wix — who just wanted to update her sites and not have to worry about design and formatting. The features sprouted and grew as she used the tool. Real time iteration across a kitchen table.

She's been self-sufficient since day one. That's the bar GitQi is designed to clear: a non-technical owner, a live site, and no one standing between them.

Click any text and type. Select for a floating toolbar with bold, italic, color, font, size, inline code, smart link editor with page and anchor support, and advanced mailto: handling.

Instant image and video swap

Click any image to pick a new one. GitQi saves it to your local assets/ folder and syncs it to GitHub on publish. Click a video to change the YouTube link.

AI section and page generator

Hover between sections, click + Add Section, describe what you want. A themed section appears, ready to refine. Reformat sections or add entirely new pages, with a simple AI prompt.

One-click publish

GitQi strips the editor code and your credentials, then pushes the cleaned HTML to GitHub Pages in seconds. Use the free provided domain, or provide your own custom domain.
